Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or reservation arises from anything published here or from any enquiry you submit.

Any transaction will be governed solely by the agreement for sale and the allotment letter executed between you and the developer, and by the MahaRERA registration applicable to the phase you buy in. Where anything on this site differs from those documents, those documents govern.

Every image on this site is an artistic impression. Renders, layouts, landscaping, furniture, fittings, view lines and surroundings are indicative only and may differ from what is built. Floor plans and the master plan are indicative and subject to approval by the sanctioning authorities.

Project names, marks, logos and campaign artwork belong to Venkatesh Buildcon and are used here with permission for the marketing of this project. The rest of the site’s content and design may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 or the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
